Everything begins with a confidential conversation about who you are, what hasn’t worked before and what you want your future to feel like.
2. Getting to Know You
I take the time to know you beyond your résumé, photographs or list of preferences — what makes you light up, what you value privately and how you live.
3. Thoughtful Introductions
Each introduction is carefully considered, drawn from my personal network, private referrals and targeted search — in New York, across the country or abroad.
4. Feedback and Refinement
After every introduction we talk honestly about what worked and what didn’t, and the search sharpens from there — with guidance as a relationship begins to take shape.
